WiBot is an interactive ‘chatbot’ which allows users to interact with WISC connected applications. Its built using Facebooks Wit.ai, itself an AI/Machine Learning platform that Uses Natural Language Processing (NLP) to decipher user requests. WiBot leverages WISC datasets and Business Intelligence for enhanced interactions. Users can intiate interactions to retrieve transactions, ask questions about transactions, guide transaction creation and get smart transaction updates. WiBot automated interactions include workflow requests, transaction notifications, task alerts and intelligent “Did you knows”.
